His proficiency with BIM software enhances the firm's ability to perform precise and efficient planning, while his 3D modeling and visualization skills effectively convey design ideas, aiding in clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, his experience in design fabrication reflects his practical understanding of how designs translate into real-world structures. Jacob is also a LEED Green Associate (LEED GA), reflecting his commitment to sustainable design.
